1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices are included
  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened electronic items once the original seal is broken
  • Customized, assembled, or special-order products

2. Return Process

  • Email us at help@krevanto.store with your Order ID, product name, and reason for return
  • Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours
  • If approved, return pickup or courier instructions will be shared
  • Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed

Note: Returned items must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

3. Refund Process

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as applicable

If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or payment provider before contacting our support team.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible products. If the replacement item is unavailable, customers may choose store credit or a full refund, depending on availability and product condition.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if they have not yet been dispatched
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed
  • Returns can be requested after delivery according to this policy

7. Non-Returnable Products

  • Opened or used electronic products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Consumable items such as cables, batteries, adapters, or components
  • Discounted, clearance, or final-sale items

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost
  • For other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges
