Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not been shipped or dispatched.

Approved prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders that have already been dispatched or shipped cannot be canceled.

Customers may request a return or exchange after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Applicable shipping and handling charges may be deducted from the refund where necessary.

3. Cancellation by Krevanto Store

We reserve the right to cancel or delay an order due to the following reasons:

• Product unavailability or stock issues
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
• Payment failure or suspected fraudulent activity
• Operational, technical, or logistical issues

If an order is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.

4. Refund for Canceled Orders

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): No refund is applicable for canceled COD orders before dispatch.

If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to our support team.
